CUKTECH began in 2016 as an original equipment manufacturer, developing charging products for Xiaomi and other major players. Following its merger with ZMI in 2022, the company moved further toward launching products under its own name. The Charging Station Ultra represents that evolution and has already received two European Product Design Award wins, in the computer accessories and office appliances categories.
The charging system is built around third-generation GaN technology alongside a PFC and dual-LLC architecture. The combination is designed to maintain stable output across five simultaneous charging sessions. On the front are three USB-C ports, one USB-A port and a dedicated DC output, with up to 300W available across the system.
The two main USB-C ports support up to 140W each through PD 3.1, providing enough output for many modern laptops. The dedicated DC connection takes the system further, with the ability to deliver the full 300W to compatible laptops, potentially replacing their larger proprietary power adapters.
Compatibility is another major focus. The charger supports 13 fast-charging protocols, including PD 3.1, PPS, Xiaomi’s 120W standard, UFCS, Huawei SCP, QC and AFC. Intelligent power allocation automatically redistributes available wattage according to the connected devices. The system also includes dedicated tuning for handheld gaming machines such as the Steam Deck and ROG Ally.
A 1.83-inch IPS display gives the station a more informative interface than the conventional status LED. Each port can be monitored for wattage, voltage and current in real time, while a small graph shows the overall power load. Nine layers of protection address conditions including excessive temperature, over-voltage and over-current.
The physical design follows a minimalist approach, with a slightly angled magnetic base that keeps the display visible from a seated position. Its silver-and-black finish, right-angle DC cable and grounded three-pin AC cable combine practicality with a relatively refined desktop appearance.
Rather than simply increasing charging power, the CUKTECH 30 Charging Station Ultra brings high output, broad protocol support and continuous monitoring together in one desktop unit, making consolidation the central idea behind its design.
