Unlike hotels that use robots only for selected tasks, this project is designed as a full-scenario robot-serviced hotel where every hospitality function is handled by interconnected robotic systems. Reception, check-in, guest assistance, room service, luggage transport, food delivery, and cleaning will all be managed without human staff performing routine service operations.

The entire system is coordinated by Pudu's embodied AI foundation model, PuduFM 1.0, working together with the PuduAgent platform. This shared intelligence framework allows different robots to communicate and collaborate in real time. Reception robots can recognize gestures and interact naturally with guests, delivery robots automatically optimize travel routes, and cleaning robots adapt to changing environments while using AI-powered waste detection.

Several specialized robots will perform dedicated roles throughout the hotel. FlashBot will operate an intelligent vending and beverage delivery service through smartphone orders, while the PUDU T300 will transport luggage between the lobby and guest rooms. Cleaning duties will be handled by the PUDU CC1 Pro and PUDU MT1 autonomous cleaning robots.
The initial public trial, planned for late 2026, will allow visitors to experience robot-operated reception, automated check-in, and autonomous in-room delivery services. Once fully operational, the hotel will feature 44 premium guest rooms, a restaurant, a fitness center, and additional guest facilities, all connected through a closed-loop intelligent service ecosystem.

The project also forms part of a broader plan to transform West Artificial Island into a destination focused on robotics and advanced technology. Over the coming years, autonomous service systems are expected to expand beyond the hotel into the island's wider tourism and hospitality infrastructure.
