Power comes from DJI's Avinox M2 mid-drive motor, which weighs only 2.6 kg while delivering up to 1,100 W of peak power and 125 Nm of torque. Despite its output, the motor is designed to operate quietly, providing strong climbing performance and smooth assistance on uneven roads and trails.

The standard 800 Wh battery delivers a riding range of up to 172 km on a single charge. Riders can also choose a swappable 600 Wh battery or install an optional 480 Wh secondary battery, extending the total range by an additional 100 km.

Designed with versatility in mind, the TL Carbon includes a rear cargo rack capable of carrying 27 kg, while an optional front rack supports another 20 kg. The bicycle has a maximum payload of 200 kg and is compatible with panniers, rear child seats, cargo trailers, and pet trailers.

The bike incorporates several smart riding technologies. Its SmoothShift electronic shifting system automatically changes gears without requiring riders to continue pedaling during shifts. A display integrated into the top tube provides offline navigation and allows users to monitor heart-rate training zones during rides.

Additional features include traction control for improved grip on slippery surfaces and compatibility with Apple Find My, enabling riders to locate the bicycle if needed.
