By the proposal from Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings), WRCA offically confer the Golden Plate of Dedication to record holder Ho Quang Minh - Chairman of BNI Vietnam. In the event of 10th Anniversary of Establishment of BNi Vietnam, World Records Union (WorldKings) hereby authorizes leadership of VietKings to award the golden plate to Mr. Ho Quang Minh.

Ass Prof, Dr. Pham Xuan Da - Director of Southern Services Department, Chairman of Research Institute of Complimentary Health Sciences (R.I.C.H.S Vietnam), Permanent member of Record Setting Board of Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings) awarded Golden Plate of Dedication to Mr. Ho Quang Minh.

As a Chairman of Business Network International (BNI) in Vietnam, Mr. Ho Quang Minh is the owner of many creative business ideas and programs. Thereby, It aims to support entrepreneur community and its’ member business who practice networking skills (business network), contributing to the development of the business community in Vietnam and expanding development cooperation with business communities around the world.

Mr. Ho Quang Minh is also an initiator and organizer of the record event with the participation of 1069 domestic and foreign businessmen who wore traditional Ao Dai of Vietnam in 2017. The event has made a great contribution to honoring the beauty of Ao Dai - A Vietnamese traditional costume and introducing Vietnamese cultural identity closer to international friends.
