To recognize Mr.Nguyen Dinh Quan’s contributions to the development of record holder community, the Council of World Record Content Academy (WRCA) - World Records Union (WorldKings) awarded Golden Plate of Dedication for Record Values to Mr.Nguyen Dinh Quan - Chairman of B-Smart Mental Arithmetic Academy.
As a Chairman of B-Smart Mental Arithmetic Academy - Record-holding unit, Mr.Nguyen Dinh Quan has successfully organized national level Mental Arithmetic contest for teachers and students (such as: the 2019 Contest of Little Arithmetic Genius; the 2020 Contest of Best Mathematics Teacher).
Especially, B-Smart Academy and Mr.Nguyen Dinh Quan have associated with Tao Vang Global Group to successfully organize the 2021 Contest of Little Arithmetic Genius under the auspices of Vietnam Record Association and Vietnam Records Institute. With the participation of 1500 Vietnamese students worldwide, these contests are interesting math activities for students and teachers as well as inspirational activities for providing children effective and useful learning techniques.
In Tao Vang Global Group, he is a speaker - an education expert responsible for creating training programs in personality, morality, mentality, skills for parents and students as well as helping and providing over 50 thousand Vietnamese parents proper knowledge and skills to help them raise their children to be talented and happy people.

On 27 December of 2021, at the First Meeting of Global Vietnamese Record Holders, World Record Content Academy authorized to the leaders of Vietnam Record Association for awarding Golden Plate to Mr.Nguyen Dinh Quan.
