Dr. Record Holder Le Hanh, born in 1983, is a famous specialist in aesthetic plastic surgery. He is a scientist, a teacher and plastic surgery doctor. Although he is an otorhinolaryngology doctor, he is the pioneer and currently President of Vietnamese Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and President of HCMC Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He is also a pioneer of training projects first and second degree specialist of plastic surgery in Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine (HCMC, Vietnam).

He graduated from HCMC University of Medicine And Pharmacy in 1978. In 1996, he successfully defended his doctoral thesis. In 2002, he hold the position of Deputy Head of Department of Otolaryngology and Head-Neck Surgery, Cho Ray Hospital, and head of the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He was the pioneer in establishing the first Department of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery in the state hospital in Vietnam. In 2011, Doctor, Record holder Le Hanh entitled Associate Professor.

Up to now, he has had nearly 40 research work published in domestic and foreign magazines. In addition, he also participated in reporting sessions at conferences and training courses in countries around the world, contributing to introducing and promoting the Record values to the international community.

Dr.Record holder Le Hanh is a member of Vietnam Record-Setting Council of Vietnam Records Organization (Vietkings).

According to the nomination from Vietnam Records Organization, the Coucil of World Record Content Academy (WRCA) - World Records Union (WorldKings) decided to  awarded a Golden Plate to Dr.Le Hanh for his contribution to Vietnam record holders community as well as the society.
