Based on the proposal of Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings) General Director – Mr Le Tran Truong An and the content value contributions and continuous creation during 70-year in the field of mechanics and artistic creation for the community of record holder Bui Van Ngo, the Council of World Records Union (WorldKings) - World Record Content Academy (WRCA) decided to award Golden Plate of Dedication for Record Value to Record Holder Bui Van Ngo.

Record Holder Bui Van Ngo was born in 1931 in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. In a 90-year life with more than 70 years of non-stop creation, Record holder Bui Van Ngo had a journey of "Living by Creation". As a mechanic expert, an artist and an artisan, he has left to life art products, which were the results of the combination of mechanical engineering and the unique and novel art of painting from talented hands and creative minds.

Since 1984, he has painted about 1,000 paintings, including many large-format paintings, rich and unique materials such as oil paint, watercolor, lacquer, pencil, graphite ... to depict the features of indigenous cultural activities, as well as landmarks of Vietnam. By April 2013, he was granted 724 copyright registration certificates for the genre of visualizing works. He is also a mechanical expert with exceptional technical expertise and practical ability. Up to now, Mr. Bui Van Ngo has owned 06 Vietnamese records.

With the content value contributions of Record Holder Bui Van Ngo, Records Organization (VietKings) has sent the proposal letter to the Council of World Record Content Academy (WRCA) –World Records Union (WorldKings) with the desire to acknowledge and appreciate the record values he has devoted to Vietnamese record holder community in particular and social community in general.

At the event, Record Holder Bui Van Ngo has also awarded 2 new Vietnamese records by VietKings, bringing the total number of established personal records to 06 records.
