Mr.Tran Le (born in 9 January 1950 in Hai Phong, Vietnam) is a doctor of biology, trained in Hungary. He had the opportunity and made an active contribution to bringing Japan's national flower to Dien Bien. He is known for being the first person to successfully breed and grow Japanese cherry blossoms in Vietnam.
From the original 10 cherry blossom seeds, by December 2020, Mr. Tran Le has tamed and multiplied 40,000 trees and planted 10,000 trees in An Duong, Hai Phong, and planted 2,350 trees in Hoa Park. Binh (Hanoi), 500 plants in Lang Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park, 800 plants in Hoa Son Estate in Da Lat, 25 plants in the Temple of the Hung Kings, in the gardens of many other individuals in Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Thai Binh, Tam Dao, Nghia Lo, Ba Vi, Moc Chau, Son La city, Lac Thuy district, Hoa Binh with the number of 1000 trees.
In addition, Mr. Tran Le is also the person who successfully tamed and bred the Japanese cherry blossom variety with the largest number in Vietnam, which was recognized by the Vietnam Record Organization - VietKings.

With such great contributions, the World Creators Federation (WCF) officially recognized the record of Tran Le as one of the members of WCF.
The Federation of World Creators, under the World Records Union (WorldKings) also acknowledged the dedication of record holder Tran Le and awarded the Golden Plate for his creations and great contributions.
